This website is provided for general information about our services. The content, images and branding on this site are our property and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and are confirmed as a fixed price before any work begins. A quote is valid for [30 days] from the date given. If the property differs significantly from what was described, or additional work is needed, we will agree any change in price with you before continuing. There are no call-out charges or travel charges within our coverage area. [Please confirm your quote validity period.]
Once you accept a quote, we will agree a date with you and confirm it. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible — at least [48 hours] where you can. [Please confirm your cancellation/notice terms.]

Our work is carried out from the ground using vacuum and water-fed pole equipment. We require safe access around the property from ground level. We will flag any pre-existing damage we notice, but we are not responsible for faults, wear or damage that existed before our visit. In some cases a blockage or fault may need additional work, which we will discuss with you before proceeding. Work may occasionally be rearranged due to weather or conditions that make it unsafe to proceed.
We take before & after photographs as a standard record of the work carried out and share them with you. We may also use photographs of completed work to show examples of our service. These do not identify you or your full address. If you would prefer we did not use photos of your property as examples, just let us know. [Confirm if you want explicit opt-in/opt-out wording.]
We hold £1M public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out, and we are not liable for pre-existing or latent defects in your property, gutters, fascias or downpipes.
Every job is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, contact us and we will return and put it right at no extra cost.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
